Bo He

Dried Peppermint is a herb belonging to the Labitae family, specifically Mentha Haplocalyx Briq. It is composed of a squarish stem and elliptical, scaled leaves. Both the leaves and stem are covered by tiny white hairs. This plant has an aromatic odour and an acrid taste. Both the leaves and stem have been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) preparations as a mint oil for thousands of years.
